You must play with Lu bu on Lu bu's side on Lu bu's rebelion. Set the game to hard then slay everything, all the ambushes and reanforcements, sub-generals, and generals. You must kill them, not your bodygards. Leave Dong Zhou alive,then you shuld resive a message saying you earned it.
