Level 20 Character:
While your character is still at level 1, hold L1 + R2 + Triangle + R3 to raise him to level 20 with 75,000 coins and 999 ability points.

Duplicate items:
During play, press Start and choose 'Add/Remove Player'. Now in the Player 2 slot, just import the character you are currently using. You'll now have an exact duplicate of your character, complete with all the items and goodies. Feel free to trade things from Player 2 over to Player 1, then remove the duplicated character, then sell back the duped items for big money.
