Sudden death mode:
Successfully complete story mode under the normal or higher difficulty setting.

Bonus characters:
Successfully complete story mode under the normal or higher difficulty setting using various characters to unlock Over Soul 1 Yoh, Over Soul 2 Yoh, Silva, Horo Horo, Faulst, Maruko, and others.

Play as Anna:
Beat the high score in each mini-game in Anna's training mode.

Play as Manta:
Successfully complete sudden death mode as Anna under the normal or higher difficulty setting.

Play as Tamao:
Successfully complete Shaman fight mode as Over Soul 1 Yoh under the normal or higher difficulty setting.

Play as Youmei:
Successfully complete sudden death mode as Original Yoh under the normal or higher difficulty setting.

Play as Iron Maiden Jeanne:
Unlocking all other characters, then successfully complete Shaman fight mode as Maruko under the normal or higher difficulty setting.
