Cheat mode:
Hold Triangle + Circle + Square + X and press Right during game play to refill your energy and unlock all weapons.

Level select:
Press L1 + R1 + Select + Start at the main menu, with the new game option. Darci will say "Your under arrest" and a message will confirm correct code entry. All areas will now be unlocked at the map screen.
