To stop the missile launches on level 1, shoot the machine in the bottom right corner. If you shoot any other objects, the place will explode.

Hint: Stop Kabul and his nerve gas:
To stop Kabul on Level 2, shoot your gatling gun at the left area of the gas canister. If done correctly, you will see Kabul back into the elevator.
