Level select:
Hold L + R on controllers one and two and press one of the following buttons at the title screen to jump to the corresponding level:

Level 2
Press A on controllers one and two simultaneously.

Level 3
Press B on controllers one and two simultaneously.

Level 4
Press X on controllers one and two simultaneously.

Level 5
Press Y on controllers one and two simultaneously.
